100% Cotton PaciPouch

I keep getting emails to give a review. I have received 3 to be exact from NatureSutton wanting to now how they did. Or if my baby likes the products. But I haven’t even received my order yet and so I don’t know what I think of the product.
Im assuming I’ll like it if they ever come. It’s been about a month since I ordered and my order status hasn’t been updated since Dec 5th so i don’t even know if my order is on its way. I’ll try to give a review in the product if it ever shows but since I keep getting emails to write. Review this is all I’ve got

I keep getting emails to give a review. I have received 3 to be exact from NatureSutton wanting to now how they did. Or if my baby likes the products. Natursutten seems to have excellent quality products made from natural materials (I ordered and received their pacifiers). However, I added the pacipouch to my order and it was never sent. I contacted customer service and they initially denied that this was part of the order. After providing the receipt with evidence of being charged, and contacting two more times, I eventually received a message that it was a mistake and it would be sent. I am still awaiting a shipping confirmation and still have not received this product. Disappointed in the customer service and fulfillment competency by Natursutten. Hopefully I can update this review with an actual review of the product, if ever received
