  • Supports Oral Development: The orthodontic pacifier has a flatter nipple shape to imitate breastfeeding to promote proper oral development.
  • Hypoallergenic: Specially processed to remove a very rare latex allergy.

Made from pure, all-natural latex rubber from the Hevea Brasiliense tree. The protein that can provoke a very rare latex allergy is eliminated during production, making our pacifiers not only sustainable, but also all-natural.

Why a One-Piece Pacifier is the Safer Choice

    • Natursutten is a one-piece pacifier, there are no joints or cracks where dirt and bacteria can accumulate. Standard pacifiers usually have a crevice where the nipple and shield come together that is difficult to keep clean.
    • Other pacifiers even have an open access to the nipple that will gather a lot of dirt and bacteria. This is not the case with Natursutten® pacifiers.

What's The Difference Between Orthodontic and Rounded Pacifiers?

Round Nipple, Round Shield

S 0-6 M
Best suited for breastfed babies
  • Round nipple mimics the shape and size of a nipple
  • By gently touching the baby's nose, the round shield is designed to closely simulate breastfeeding, providing a more familiar soothing experience for the baby.

Orthodontic Nipple, Butterfly Shield

S M L 0-6 M 6-12m 12m+
For the growing baby

  • The flat bottom and rounded top of an orthodontic pacifier reduces pressure on the teeth and gums.
  • The cut-out top of a Natursutten® Butterfly Pacifier gives the shield a butterfly shape and makes more room for the baby's nose.

Great dental friendly option! Really saved our little one's latch.

First-time mom here. TL;DR: I really like this pacifier! It's lightweight, easy to clean, and much better for a baby's dental development than other shapes.

Before the arrival of our little one, we had (naively) decided that we wouldn't use a pacifier.
At the hospital, LO was offered the standard Phillips Advent paci, and it did its job, plus a nurse told us pacifiers have been shown to reduce the risk of SIDS, so we quickly became pro-pacifier.

Still, I wasn't sold on that particular pacifier shape (straight and narrow) since a dentist I'd seen highlighted some adverse developmental effects after long-term use. So, I started looking for dental-friendly alternatives, but our pacifier journey took a little detour.

My sister sent us a bag of NUK pacis, but they didn't take. So, we kept using the hospital paci for a few more weeks. One day, we took a quick trip to Target for baby supplies and forgot the paci. LO got overstimulated as we were getting ready to check out, so I ripped open the only package of pacifiers I could find, avowing to throw them away when we got home because they had a not-so-dental-friendly "cherry" shape.

Turns out, LO loved those pacis, and my husband loved how well they pacified him. So, we inadvertently started to prefer those until I noticed the roof of his mouth becoming raised... and suddenly he was really struggling to latch!

I tried to switch to NUKs ergonomic pacifers, but it was too big of a transition at first, so I started looking for something ergonomic that would be more like the ones he liked from Target.

Turns out this pacifier from Natursutten is the perfect fit... overall it has a similar circular shape to LO's favorite pacis, but with a much more dental-friendly nipple.

LO forgot about his favorite non-ergo pacis, and now he happily switches between this one and his NUK pacis, and most importantly, his latch has much improved!

The pacifiers pictures below are 1. the long narrow Philips Advent pacifier from the hospital, 2. the cherry-shaped pacifier we bought at Target (not only was it interfering with LO's latch, it was also composed of multiple parts, which is a choking hazard, and it retained water inside the nipple which may have led to mold, 3. the Natursutten pacifer which is lightweight, composed of one solid silicon piece, easy to clean, and has a slightly bent ergonomic nipple, but it was still a bit more narrow than the well-known NUKs and had a circular outer part like both the Philips Advent and the paci from Target, making it easier for LO to transition. 4. The last pacifier on the far right is the ergonomic NUK, which you can see is a bit flatter, and has a totally different outer-shape.

This is the 2nd baby we've used a Natursutten pacifier with. Tried a different brand originally with this baby, but came back to Natursutten-I like that there is no opening on the front side of the pacifier /opposite side of the nipple-It seems to make it squeak less. Overall, it's great that there are no parts for anything to get trapped in, I like the natural rubber instead of silicon, and there is nothing to break on it :)

Make sure you wash them before use!

They are exactly as pictured! Make sure you wash them and then sanitize in boiling water before using they came with an oil coat of something on them but once they were washed and sanitized they are great! I love that they are 100% natural rubber

Definitely worth the buy especially if you have breast feeding babies

I bought this due to the size, I have a Preemie thats exclusively breast fed and she fights me with the hospital grade pacifier, this one i just bought and received today and she absolutely loves it. I wouldn't get the round tip one if you're breastfeeding. I got the one that resembles a nipple, is nice, soft, definitely worth the money. She goes right to sleep with it. Thank you!

This is the pacifier for both picky baby and mommy! Love that it’s all rubber so no guilt for me! We tried other pacifiers and they were just spat out immediately so this is the one for us!

Small bulb for baby.

This is great for a baby that likes smaller styler nipokes. My baby girl loves these and used they frequently.

Too small for newborns mouth

Returned item as it was too difficult for my newborn to keep a good grip on it, so it constantly just fell right out her mouth.

FAQ

How do I clean and sterilize Natursutten pacifiers?

Before the first use, sterilize the pacifier by boiling it for five minutes. For daily cleaning, wash it with mild soap and running water. For a deep clean, place it in a strainer and pour boiling water over it. Do not use dishwashers or sterilizers, as these can damage the natural rubber material.

Can babies with latex allergies use Natursutten pacifiers?

The protein that can trigger latex allergies is removed during production. However, if your baby has a diagnosed latex allergy, consult your pediatrician before using any natural rubber products.

Where are Natursutten pacifiers made?

Natursutten pacifiers are produced in a family-run facility in Italy and are rigorously tested to meet strict European standards.
